Our Construction Process
- Planning & Design
- Surveying: Mapping the site levels and boundaries.
- Soil Testing: Determining the ground’s strength to design the right foundation.
- Drawings: Creating "Good for Construction" (GFC) blueprints.
- Substructure (Below Ground)
- Excavation: Digging trenches for the building's "roots."
- PCC & Footings: Pouring a base layer followed by reinforced concrete foundations.
- Plinth Level: Constructing the base beams that connect the structure to the ground.
- Superstructure (Above Ground)
- RCC Framework: Casting columns, beams, and slabs to form the building's skeleton.
- Curing: Keeping concrete moist to ensure it reaches full strength.
- Masonry: Building walls using bricks or blocks.
- Finishing & QA
- Finishing: Plastering, waterproofing, and specialized industrial flooring (Epoxy).
- Testing: Conducting Cube and Slump tests to verify concrete quality.
